Kayaking on a lake in Interior B.C., Deborah Czernecky was hit with inspiration.
It was a misty early morning, the lake was still and the sounds of Loons echoed in the distance. A fisherman in a rowboat silently appeared out of the mist.
While they didn’t acknowledge each other, they both took the moment to appreciate the serenity of nature.
Czernecky has since taken that moment of serenity and transformed it into a painting called Morning Row.
