The Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation is pleased to be the Funding Innovation’s Easel Program charity of choice in the Burlington area. Proceeds raised through this unique initiative support our Hospital’s ongoing Critical Needs, ensuring that physicians and staff are able to provide exemplary care to our patients and families.

I think its a great way to raise money for the charities and to be able to get these prints into some of the locations that may not even have an opportunity to be able to see prints of this caliber in the stores. It helps both our patients, our customers, and the charity. Everyone wins in this.

The things I like about Funding Innovation is that it’s a chance to give back to the community. It’s very easy! Honestly, for how much money it raises, and how little we have to do, it’s a great program!

A lot of people put their bids in the box and they come back and say “I won the bid!”. So we see happy faces after that, and I believe its a win-win situation.

It really gives people an opportunity in the community to purchase a picture of something they choose to see in their house but at the same time really make a difference for the community overall.

The proceeds support patient care here (RVH). Over the last three years alone, The Funding Innovation Program has raised more than $75,000. The proceeds have supported really vital areas of patient care. This little easel results in big, amazing accomplishments.

We were established to meet the unique needs and special challenges faced by members of the Canadian Armed Forces community as a result of their military service. Funding Innovation is a principal fundraiser to help close the gap for families and soldiers. The Power that is generated from the donations made by Canadians as they bid on those art easels, is phenomenal.

Funding Innovation’s support and leadership has helped ensure that SickKids and Children’s hospitals across Canada will continue to respond quickly and strategically to the most urgent funding needs of the hospital
